If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING:

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items once the item leaves our mailing address. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the weather or any other circumstances. Rush Shipping is available upon request but you will also be charged a rush fee as well.
